Masterbatches. A brief description of these Masterbatches is given below:
Metallic
Masterbatches
We offer superior quality metallic Masterbatches,
which add glittering/metallic effect to the final product. This effect is
created by the addition of metallic flakes/pigments with the traditional
solid coloring system. These Masterbatches are primarily used in
applications like cosmetic tubes, injection molded items etc.
Pearlescent
Masterbatches
Our range of pearlescent Masterbatches contain
special pearl pigments, which have varying particle sizes that produce
luster /sparkle effect. We can produce these Masterbatches in silver, gold
and many other colors. These Masterbatches are mainly used in injection
molded items, cosmetic tubings etc..
Fluorescent
Masterbatches
Fluorescent Masterbatches contain fluorescent
pigments, which not only possess the colors it reflects but also emit
fluorescent light in different colors. The color observed from a fluorescent
Masterbatch is a combination of emitted and reflected light. Hence it
causes the color to appear extra bright. Fluorescent Masterbatches are
primarily used in products like toys, marker pen body and caps, safety signs
etc.
Transparent
Masterbatches
Transparent Masterbatches provide excellent colors in
plastics applications without affecting the transparency of the final
product. These products are generally used in poly-olefin based cosmetic
bottles.
Marble
And Granite Masterbatches
Silicone Masterbatches are basically used in HDPE
optical fiber ducts. These contain ultra-high molecular weight
poly-dimethyl-siloxane additives dispersed in polyethylene. These master
batches produce lubricity, reduce coefficient of friction and improve
abrasion resistance.
